The Österlen region of Sweden known for its rolling hills, gorgeous scenery and population of resident foodies, artists and writers. Reimagined by designers Jamie White and Joakim Silvandersson, Kåseholm is now a hub of creativity, devoted to innovations in food, art and design. Here, they curate unique dining experiences with Chef Daniel Berlin, whose New Nordic cuisine has earned him two Michelin stars.
For the first Outstanding in the Field event in Scandinavia, Daniel Berlin highlighted locally grown ingredients, from a special welcome drink crafted from local honey, to his signature roasted celeriac and famous frozen horseradish and rosemary caramel creme. Bonfires illuminated lingering diners under the stars until late into the night.
